Viewing, presenting, selling, transferring, storing, delivering and returning our products displayed on this site as well as protecting your personal data and the security of your transactions are governed by these terms of use, which we invite you to read before you navigate to the eshop and make your purchases. Navigating and making any transaction or communication with our company means unconditional acceptance of these terms of use by you. In order to make an order, you will be asked to follow the purchase process and click on the "COMPLETE ORDER" button. You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order ("Order Confirmation"). Receiving the email confirms the completion of the order and its acceptance by us.

The products offered through this website are available in specific countries around the world. All product orders are subject to availability. In this respect, in the event of difficulties in supplying or exhaustion of the products in stock, we reserve the right to notify you either by telephone to the number you have declared or by email, about similar products of equal or superior quality and value, which you can order. If you do not wish to order such similar products, we will refund you the amount you may have paid in full.

We reserve the right to withdraw from this site any product at any time and / or to remove or process any content or content on this site. Subject to the provisions of the product availability term above, and subject to exceptional circumstances, we will do our best to complete your order for the product (s) listed on the Order Confirmation until the delivery date specified Order Confirmation or, if a delivery date is not set, within the estimated time shown when selecting a payment method, and in any case within the later than 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. The delivery of the products takes place through our partner carrier and their shipping time is between three and four (4) working days from the next day of Order Confirmation. We do not deliver orders on Saturdays and Sundays.

However, delays may occur in Cases such as, depending on the delivery area or in unforeseen circumstances.

If for any reason we fail to meet delivery date, we will let you know and we will offer you the option of either continuing the purchase by setting a new delivery date or canceling the order with full refund without money.

For the purposes of these Terms, "delivery" will be deemed to have taken place or the order will be deemed to have been delivered when you or a third person, at your command other than the carrier, has acquired the physical possession or control of the products; which will be evidenced by the receipt of the order receipt at the agreed delivery address.

If it becomes impossible for the carrier to deliver your order, it will leave you a note explaining where your order is and what you should do to receive it and will contact you by phone. If, after 10 days have elapsed since your order is available for delivery, this order has not yet been delivered for reasons not attributable to our fault, we will consider that you wish to cancel the Contract and the Contract will be deemed terminated . As a result of the expiration of the Agreement, we will refund you without delay any payment received from you as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of the date on which the Contract expires.

In the event of a loss of your order from a carrier's fault, we will inform you and we will ensure that if you still wish to complete the order, replace and re-dispatch the same products to you, otherwise we will refund you for any payment we received from you. 

Product liability is transferred to you once you or a third party acting on your behalf, other than the carrier, has acquired the physical possession or control of the products. Ownership of the products is in your hands either through the full collection on our part of all amounts due in respect of the products, including shipping costs, or by delivery if it is made after the collection.

The price of each product will be the one that is set at any time on our site, except for obvious errors. We always make sure that all prices on the site are accurate, but errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and we will give you the opportunity to re-confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If it is impossible to contact you, we will assume that your order has been canceled and we will refund to you in full any amount you have paid. We do not have to supply any product at the wrong lowest price (even if we have sent you the Order Confirmation) if the price error is obvious and undeniable and can reasonably be identified by you as an incorrect price. Prices on our website include VAT, but not shipping costs, if you are charged for Shipping Costs.
Based on our company policy, shipping costs for purchases within the Greek territory of more than one hundred and fifty euros (150 €) are free of charge for you, and for purchases of less than one hundred and fifty euros (150 €) you will be charged the amount that you will be charged shipping cost calculator. Shipping costs for purchases within the European Union are free of charge for purchases of more than two hundred and fifty euros (250 €), while for smaller purchases you will be charged the amount that the shipping cost calculator will display. Prices may change at any time, however, subject to those specifically mentioned immediately above, any changes will not affect orders for which Order Confirmation has already been sent to you.

Once you have selected all the products you wish to buy, they will be added to your shopping cart and the next step is to promote the order and pay. To minimize the possibility of unauthorized access, your card details will be encrypted. Once we receive your order, we will request a pre-approval of your card to make sure there is sufficient credit balance to complete the transaction.

Your card will be charged only if your order is shipped for delivery from our warehouses. If payment is made via PayPal, the amount will be charged with your order confirmation.

At the time you click the "Finish order" button, you confirm that your credit card is valid and has sufficient balance. Credit cards are subject to validation and approval checks by your card issuer. If your card issuer does not authorize payment, we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to conclude a Contract with you.
